Requirements

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders • Directly manage a team providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to drive successful field marketing campaigns and initiatives • Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact • Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance • Experience in scaling marketing efforts in high-growth environment, demonstrating adaptability and agility in a rapidly changing landscape • Eagerness to contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Experience within Digital, Tech or Marketing (Adtech is preferred)
