Description

• OLAPLEX is looking for a dynamic digital leader to build and lead a Global Digital Acceleration Hub • Shape and drive global media strategies across all channels, including brand media, olaplex.com, social media and influencers, amazon.com, and retailer media platforms • Oversee media optimization efforts, managing media allocations, analytics, and reporting • Collaborate closely with teams managing social/influencer and retailer media to ensure alignment • Focus on next-generation digital marketing and platform innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred • Proven track record of success in media buying, optimization, and analytics, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry • Extensive experience managing global media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques such as MMM/MTA • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and drive innovation in media strategy and execution • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
