Description

• Directors lead client teams, developing and implementing strategies to help clients meet their goals • The Director of Recruiting will lead recruiting client engagements and be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies

Requirements

• 10+ years of talent acquisition and/or human resources experience including direct experience creating talent acquisition strategies • Experience souring both active and passive talent • Executive search and/or recruiting agency experience highly preferred • Knowledge of "best practices" in human resources • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems • Bachelor's degree required • Working knowledge of the nonprofit sector and nonprofit organizational structures • Excellent verbal and written communication • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously • Strong time/project management and organization skills • Demonstrated desire and ability to lead a team toward a shared goal • Familiarity with AI recruitment and productivity tools or a desire to learn • Flexibility to work long and varying hours (when needed) to meet fixed deadlines
