Description

• Own client onboarding for employers transforming local business into global business • Work with sales and account management teams to onboard clients onto Payoneer products • Develop workflows to streamline onboarding processes • Help existing customers with continuous onboarding needs • Maintain pertinent customer information within CRM platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales, ops, or customer service experience, ideally in a tech environment • Intellectually curious & comfortable with ambiguity • Strategic mindset to problem solving • Data and technically oriented, intermediate to advanced Excel skills a major plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Time management and multitasking skills • Ability to work with a cross functional global team • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure • Interest in leading and mentoring a team • Comfortable with hybrid work environment • Experience in Payments or Banking industry (not a must, but a great advantage) • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system (not a must, but a great advantage) • Experience with data analytics & BI tools (not a must, but a great advantage)
