Description

• Own the full funnel sales cycle – prospecting, initial outreach, product demos, negotiations, and expansions • Build Cross Functionally: Collect customer insights and provide valuable inputs to Product, Engineering, and Operations functions • Operationalize: Build out playbooks, processes, scripts, etc. for the next stage of growth • Master the Industry: Understand clients' businesses and match them with Perchwell’s services • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of residential market trends and competitive dynamics

Requirements

• 4+ years quota carrying sales experience in a scaling SaaS environment • Minimum annual quota of $1.0M of SaaS or net revenue in a quota-carrying role with ACVs ranging from $30K - $150K • Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Experience working in a fast paced, scrappy environment • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline and cultivate customer relationships
