Description
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. • Create and implement regional and global marketing plans. • Develop ABM campaigns for targeted accounts in collaboration with the North American GTM team. • Oversee NA outbound marketing outreach and email marketing channels. • Work directly with GTM leaders to develop holistic Partner Marketing plans. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. • Establish robust campaign reporting systems and dashboards. • In collaboration with global teams, develop brand awareness programs. • Partner with the content team to define content strategy and produce necessary assets.
Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and mentoring a marketing team. • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and driving collaboration across departments. • Experience in B2B tech marketing, particularly with enterprise-level organizations. • Creative and curious, with a "can do" attitude and a passion for exploring new, innovative ways to enhance campaign performance using modern marketing tools. • Ability to work effectively with agencies and partners to deliver high-quality and creative marketing execution.
