Description

• The Employee Relations Manager will help support FanDuel’s formal Employee Relations program and serve as a subject matter expert on related policies, processes, and procedures • You will be a go-to resource for employee relations inquiries and investigations and will work collaboratively with key stakeholders on all employee relations matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in HR or equivalent preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources related field; with at least 2 years of relevant experience in an Employee Relations role or a position with related responsibilities • Experience conducting, documenting, and concluding sensitive workplace investigations preferred • Ability to operate in a continuously changing & fast paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proven effective interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork and leadership skills • Comfortability with using data and deriving insights • Effective project and time management skills, ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple complex projects concurrently to meet deadlines • Experience with case management technology preferred
