Description

• Collaborate with prospective users and customers to anticipate expectations, understand requirements, and business value for system features • Define and own the overall product vision, strategy and roadmap with involvement from relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and feasibility • Gather and synthesize product requirements into business insights and user stories • Manage the product backlog to ensure ongoing; prioritization, refinement, and maintenance, based on business needs, technical feasibility and business value • Identify and track potential risks or challenges that may impact success and work collaboratively to mitigate them and proactively whenever possible • Communicate progress, updates and changes to stakeholders in a timely manner • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and end users • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to the the relevant teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and presenting data with a keen sense of detail and precision • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field • 1+ years of product management experience, gathering customer requirements, writing product spec, working with development teams and participating in sprint planning meetings • Experience with Agile methodology and, Jira or similar, to; organize, scope and track product requirements and progress • Adaptable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data to a range of stakeholders • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a passion for innovation and technology • Familiarity with AI technologies and concepts • Knowledge of data governance and security compliance • Experience or relevant knowledge from the QSR / restaurant industry
