Description

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer • Lead the ministry's Finance function, ensuring effective operations • Oversee comprehensive processing of multi-state payroll operations • Ensure compliance of all financial reporting • Provide oversight of the annual budget development • Serve as an expert in financial matters, offering advice and training • Prepare essential financial reports for leadership and the Board

Requirements

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 7+ years managing a Finance department • 4+ years of non-profit accounting experience • Keen understanding of payroll systems and processes • Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting, MBA and/or CPA preferred • Proficient in Advanced Excel and strong command of Microsoft Office • Extensive knowledge of financial software/databases • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases desirable • Familiarity with ADP WFN and Concur expense reporting systems preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated strong analytical skills
