Description

• Manage recruitment process from start to finish including headcount analysis, posting vacancies, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews and background checks. • Responsible onboarding new employees and handling a successful orientation process. • Handling exit interviews and producing detailed turnover reports. • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. • Serving as backup to Benefits Administration. • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives. • Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Running HR reports through ADPWorkforcenow. • Visiting dealerships as necessary to handle any HR related matters. • Participating in HR projects and initiatives as assigned including regular health and wellness initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (or related field) and 3 years experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Masters Degree with 2 or more years of relevant experience. • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus! • Proficiency in Google suite and ADP WorkforceNow is desired • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Proven experience in recruitment with a high level of enthusiasm and passion for seeking out candidates. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, follow up, multitasking and organizational skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion • Proficiency in Google suite and ADP Workforce Now is desired.
