Description

• Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that drives high-quality leads and supports Revv’s growth objectives • Plan, create, and manage multi-channel campaigns including digital marketing, email marketing, webinars, and events • Design and implement lead nurturing programs to convert leads into sales opportunities • Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts • Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for ROI and adjusting strategies as needed • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall go-to-market strategy • As the company grows, recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth startup • Proven experience in building and executing demand generation programs from the ground up • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Experience driving significant revenue growth through effective demand generation strategies • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools • Ability to lead by example, with a hands-on approach to building and scaling the demand generation function • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
