Description

• Maintain and coordinate the busy schedule for two publicists and their clients • Monitor press clippings for clients and track media impressions • Collaborate with the team in selecting promotional clips and brainstorming • Handle incoming press requests and occasional pitching to media outlets • Review and edit press materials and ensure press kits are current • Respond to client/industry interactions via phone and e-mail • Create and edit client press schedules • Connect press phone interviews for clients • Provide administrative support including setting up calls and meetings • Book travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries • Submit detailed expense reports in a timely fashion

Requirements

• 0-1 years of related experience preferred • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, AP style proficient • Previous experience at a publicity or talent agency is a plus • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities • Positive, team-oriented attitude • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of results • Self-directed and proactive, eager to learn • Previous entertainment experience preferred
