Description
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. • Oversee the design of our multiple products, ensuring they meet the needs of diverse users across industries. • Champion user-centered design principles, conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve the product experience. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, marketing, and sales. • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products and touch points. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B enterprise SaaS company. • Proven track record of designing complex software products, preferably in the areas of risk management, compliance, or data analytics. • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and a user-centered design approach. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating innovative solutions.
