• Develop and execute the strategy for all sales channels (outbound, inbound, and channel partnerships). • Own the entire sales funnel in HubSpot, diligently managing and reporting on key metrics related to qualified pipeline and ARR targets. • Analyze sales data to identify insights and proactively implement improvements. • Collaborate with the CEO, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to enhance our offering and sales process. • Represent Mojito at industry events and conferences, maximizing networking opportunities to evangelize Mojito and increase qualified leads. • Create a scalable engagement program for outreach to investors, agencies, and influential industry leaders to build awareness and increase qualified leads. • Manage agency partnerships through consistent, value-add touch points, networking events, developing enablement content, and co-selling. • Collaborate with Mojito’s marketing agencies to influence content topics and provide feedback on the content produced by voicing the perspective of our potential customers.
• Ideally 7 years of experience in business development and sales, ideally at a development agency or b2b saas company. • Strong track record of managing enterprise deal cycles and closing deals starting at $500,000 ARR and above. • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills. • Proficiency in using CRMS for sales management. Preference for Hubspot experience. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales processes. • Excellent communication and networking skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Passion for Web3 and emerging technologies.
