Description

• Lead the team to drive day-to-day operations of the Commercial organization • Optimize workflows across the Commercial organization • Provide data-driven insights to inform the company strategy • Gather and analyze account/ICP intelligence • Identify and navigate revenue and market-oriented risks • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences • Enforce pricing compliance across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the transportation/logistics sector • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing a team • Strong communication skills to influence senior leadership • Strong understanding of revenue operations best practices • Experience in change management and leading transformation projects • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and can prioritize • Demonstrated data-driven problem-solving skills • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills • High emotional intelligence to build and sustain relationships • Passionate about operational excellence
