Description

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with current clients. • Consult with customers to find solutions to problems in document lifecycle management. • Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions. • Consolidate customer feedback and collaborate with Product Managers. • Act as the primary point of contact for specific accounts and needs. • Ensure accounts receive services within budget and meet their needs. • Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns for high retention rates. • Focus on revenue retention strategies to ensure existing customers continue to generate revenue.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in establishing strong business relationships with key stakeholders. • Fluent in German in a professional context. • Strong knowledge of SaaS sales and track record of winning multi-year 4-6 figure deals. • Self-motivated, hard worker and fast learner with exceptional communication skills. • Ability to assemble information into meaningful value propositions while achieving targets. • Experience with HubSpot is a big plus. • This role can be done in a hybrid way (Barcelona) or remote from Europe.
