Description

• Assist Customer Success Managers with high profile customers • Collaborate with internal teams • Deliver on requests made by strategic customers • Ensure exceptional customer experience • Lead user training sessions • Monitor customer engagement data • Address potential risks • Track high priority support tickets • Generate marketing materials • Support customer facing meetings

Requirements

• Must have healthcare experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Marketing role OR clinical experience • Minimum 2+ years in account management or related experience • Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems • Outstanding track record of working with customers • Experience with healthcare workflows and/or process improvement preferred • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
