• Work with influential accounts to analyze common trends and find growth opportunities • Engage in strategic conversations with publishers beyond day-to-day growth opportunities • Communicate feedback from publishers back to the larger organization and Product team • Understand and execute a personalized Sovrn experience for your accounts • Track overall health of publishers and anticipate customer needs • Manage satisfaction, success, retention, and growth of strategic accounts • Introduce additional products and services through various campaigns • Nurture relationships with account stakeholders into advocacy • Facilitate processes as accounts advance through product implementations • Develop regular insights on performance and growth opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years of quota carrying Account Management experience • 1+ years of adtech-specific experience, ideally in an SSP/Exchange role • Experience managing highly strategic enterprise level accounts • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills • Effective time management skills with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and provide superior customer service • Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment • A passion for problem-solving and turning challenges into opportunities for business growth • Ability to identify problems and explore potential solutions that can be presented clearly to your client • Strong work ethic with a self-motivated attitude and ability to be resourceful to get the job done • Communicate candidly, even if it’s uncomfortable • Strongly value learning • Ability to travel as required by customers and industry events
