• Streamline client service through automation and solutions • Identify client issues and develop proactive solutions • Maintain system stability via real-time monitoring • Serve as key contact for clients addressing queries
• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing support / engineering role • Engineering degree or quantitative equivalent or similar experience • Programming and / or scripting experience (Python, Shell, Javascript) • Experience with Linux • Experience with distributed systems / cloud services is nice to have • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, telemetry, and SRE principles is advantageous. • Programming experience with generative AI (ChatGPT) and Bot-based solutions via chat (Slack) is nice to have • Experience with trading systems in either capital markets or digital assets strongly preferred • Curious, willing to learn, and question existing processes and protocols • Exceptional problem-solving ability
