Description

• Managing and strengthening high value client relationships to achieve retention targets • Persuading clients of the benefits of sending all of their payments to international service providers using Payoneer • Reviewing and proposing process improvements that drive client retention and market penetration • Maintaining all activities within our CRM systems • Working with internal teams to deliver results for customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of account management, business development, or relevant experience in Fintech/SaaS • Bachelors Degree • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Genuine comfort with phone-based sales and holding a quota • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs, and drive results • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure • Desire to drive meaningful organizational change
