• The Head of Marketing and Creative Direction will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth. • This role requires a creative and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the footwear and lifestyle markets. • Will work closely with product development, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the footwear, fashion, or lifestyle industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and creative strategies. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong analytical mindset. • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM software. • Demonstrated ability to oversee creative direction.
