Description

• Director of Sales role for a leading consumer experience platform in apparel and footwear • Ideal candidate is a player coach with entrepreneurial spirit • Define goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers • Manage three teams with AE and BDR initially, growing as ARR grows • Collaborate with marketing for demand generation and customer acquisition • Collaborate with product team for feedback on product offerings • Create a predictable sales model for accurate forecasting

Requirements

• Demonstrated progressive sales leadership experience in a digital selling remote environment • Experience scaling ARR in a SaaS company from $10M to $50M • Experience building and managing sales programs including messaging, metrics, methodology, and quota and commission tracking management • Demonstrable track record of achieving/exceeding quota and managing accurate sales forecasts • Record of recruiting, retaining and enabling top AE and BDR talent • Ability to quickly understand technical product concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise • Power user level with Salesforce, familiarity with Hubspot and ZoomInfo
