• Manage and strengthen key client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. • Be the go-to contact for our clients, collaborating with Account Managers to set expectations and optimize opportunities. • Lead proposals and pitch processes, working closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and tech. • Collaborate with our Customer Success and Tech Teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients. • Build and nurture long-term, trusted relationships with senior-level clients. • Identify new business opportunities and secure incremental revenue through strong relationship management. • Partner with the Head of Customer Success and Marketing Manager to shape outbound business strategy. • Lead the full business development process, from initial outreach to closing deals. • Evaluate creative and business potential for opportunities and provide clear recommendations. • Collaborate with agency leadership on opportunities that generate over $5MM annually.
• Leadership and strategic vision: Respected by peers and clients alike. • Ability to cultivate consultative, non-transactional relationships. • Experience in pipeline management and revenue forecasting. • Capacity to spot opportunities beyond assigned tasks. • Experience in staffing or software development outsourcing models. • Technical background in software engineering is a plus.
