• Demonstrate a highly proficient approach to customer discovery, customer communications, and the sales cycle • Develop and execute individual territory plans defining target accounts • Strategically pursue opportunities and relationships/partnerships • Communicate compelling recommendations linked to customers’ business challenges • Generate, nurture, and manage new leads and business opportunities throughout a multi-month sales pipeline • Consistently meet and exceed sales, growth, and revenue targets
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrable capability in building new relationships and expanding existing ones • Exceptional communicator with ability to develop, maintain, and manage customer relationships • Analytical, flexible to change, self-motivated, confident, and possess strong networking and problem solving skills
