Description

• The Account Executive will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle, including identifying and prospecting new district partners, negotiating contracts, and closing deals • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new opportunities • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets • Consulting with school administrators to understand their exact needs and demonstrating how services can support both students and teachers • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers • Constantly evaluating and refining the sales process and methodologies • Developing processes for identifying at-risk deals and working across departments to mitigate concerns • Collaborating with the Customer Success team and other departments across the organization to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients

Requirements

• Previous administrative experience at the school or district level • Strong written and verbal communication skills • The ability to build trust and rapport • A desire to learn and grow • The ability to pivot and adapt • Success in sales, especially education or service-related sales • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field • Experience working remotely or in a virtual sales environment • A passion for education and closing the opportunity gap
