Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales Compensation in Software / Technology industry • 3+ years of people management experience • Experience with Xactly or other Sales Incentive management programs • Advanced knowledge of sales incentive programs • Excellence in structuring complex problems, developing solutions, and crafting recommendations
