Description

• As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a member of the professional services team helping drive outcomes for our clients. • You will own the successful delivery of Urbint’s AI-powered technology to help our utility clients make communities safer and more resilient. • We are looking for an action-oriented individual who is committed to truly understanding client needs. • As a member of our Delivery Team, you will collaborate directly with our customers to define software requirements and understand client needs. • Your role involves advocating for and articulating clients' needs to our internal R&D teams to contribute to the delivery of innovative product solutions.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in technology, engineering, or analytics related field • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Systems Integration, Statistics or another related degree • Knowledge of APIs, SQL, databases and general technologies • Familiarity performing business analysis • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • High degree of accountability • Willingness to travel (~50%) • Knowledge of visualization and data prep tools are a plus • Formal project management training is a plus • Utility or Energy related field experience is a plus
