Description

• Assist the Director of Distribution Ops in driving distribution’s operational strategy on a day-to-day basis ensuring execution across all partners. • Project manage Vevo’s new partner distribution launches, delivering all required collateral (URLs for testing, logos, channel artwork etc). • Manage tracking and dissemination of information regarding all cross-departmental projects related to distribution and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project timelines and updates. • Work hand in hand with the Distribution Partnerships team and support all ongoing operational needs of Vevo’s CTV distribution partners. • Work with Gracenote and distribution partners to ensure Vevo FAST channel EPGs are updated and accurate. • Identify and improve process inefficiencies within the distribution ecosystem.

Requirements

• You have ideally 2+ years’ experience in media, advertising and/or technology company, with a focus on distribution, connected television media, advertising technology, and/or product. • Proactive and detail-oriented thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. • Exceptional leadership and relationship management skills. • Experience leading and managing people. • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities under time constraints. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
