• This position helps to promote Wana Brands and Jetty Extracts by managing sales operations in New York • Manage sales team and support staff in NY including Territory Account Managers, Brand Ambassadors and Inside Sales Coordinator • Set sales goals and conduct quarterly reviews • Manage day-to-day decisions of the sales team • Assist sales team in cultivating high level relationships in dispensaries • Manage quarterly promotional strategies and budget • Provide sales training to the team on an individual and group level • Participate on distribution calls for both Wana and Jetty brands • Ensure merchandising and pop-up strategies are optimal for success
• Prior cannabis account relationships • Prior sales management experience • Prior sales CPG management experience with strong analytical background
