Description
• Plays a critical role in supporting the revenue goals and scalability of the Membership Program • Works on direct marketing efforts, including email, mail, and digital campaigns • Supports a robust A/B testing program across all channels • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion funnels and enhance user acquisition tactics • Executes growth marketing campaigns across digital platforms and optimizes based on performance data • Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership growth and effectiveness
Requirements
• General understanding of direct marketing practices and membership programs • History of executing direct marketing tactics across channels • Strong project management and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail • E-commerce experience and customer journey work are a plus • Public-facing customer service experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office • Proficiency in MailChimp or similar email service provider software • Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or similar database is preferred • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Looker, or similar analytics software • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools • Familiarity with MarTech landscape is a plus • Familiarity with HTML • Must be able and willing to work evenings and weekends for membership events, such as Member Nights as needed
