Description

• Play a pivotal role in driving market expansion and establishing relationships with key clients • Own and cultivate a territory and list of key accounts • Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts • Execute sales strategies to position WiredScore Certifications in the Commercial Real Estate market • Conduct consultative sales and articulate solutions' value • Develop and implement strategic sales plans • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Conduct compelling presentations tailored to client needs • Lead negotiations and secure contracts • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies • Regularly update management on sales activities and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, focusing on the commercial real estate industry or expanding a geographic market in a fast-paced environment • In-depth understanding of or willingness to quickly learn the commercial real estate market • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and closing skills • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively • Technically adept with sales tools and software • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking • Willingness to travel as required
