Description

• Hire and manage the sales team including field sales and associates • Run weekly sales meetings to ensure team alignment and help unblock deals • Oversee deal pipeline & forecasting in collaboration with RevOps • Partner with leadership to set and achieve annual & quarterly revenue targets • Manage prospects & opportunities from lead to close • Travel on-site with sales team members to help support late stage opportunities • Continuously deepen your & your team’s understanding of the landscape, Regard’s product, and new releases • Consistently build strong client relationships • Work with Customer Success teams to support client launches • Oversee the sales team budget and territory management • Develop, test & implement sales strategies to accelerate sales motion & team success

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling 7-figure SaaS contracts to health system C-Suite as multi-stakeholder deals • 2+ years experience as a leader in a venture-backed startup (Seed, Series A or B) • 5+ years of experience managing a team of 5 or more • 5+ years of field sales experience • Existing relationships with health system executives C-Suite including CFO/VP Rev Cycle, and VP of Documentation • Willing to travel 30% for on-site sales efforts and team co-working weeks
