Description

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of customer success managers, fostering a positive and high-performing culture • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with the company's vision and objectives • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the organization • Drive customer retention and expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and product capabilities • Cultivate a strong customer advocacy program by engaging customers as references, collecting testimonials, and facilitating case studies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the film and television industry production industry, preferably in payroll.  Entertainment payroll experience required • 3+ years of management experience • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers and stakeholders at all levels • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the FTV industry and customer success principles and best practices • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed decision-making • Customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong technical skills with the able to adopt and leverage new technologies quickly • Experience working with Gainsight and/or Salesforce preferred • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
