Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture and engage both B2C and B2B customers at various stages of their journey, from acquisition to retention and reactivation to upsell. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance lifecycle marketing strategies. • Design, build, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS. • Plan, execute, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Conduct A/B tests to continually optimize messaging, creative, and overall campaign performance. • Create and manage customer segments to deliver highly personalized and relevant messages that drive engagement, conversion, and retention for both B2C and B2B customers. • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and align marketing efforts with overall business goals. • Coordinate with B2B sales teams to support lead nurturing and conversion efforts. • Develop and maintain detailed customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and optimize the customer experience end-to-end for both B2C and B2B customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign management and optimization. • Relevant experience to Aescape: early-stage startup, hardware, software, B2B2C product marketing competency, and/or new-to-market product launches. • Proficiency in Braze and other marketing automation tools is highly desired.  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. • Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and retention strategies. • Experience in developing and executing B2B lifecycle marketing strategies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
