Description

• Assist in the management of a customized customer database and project management systems (training provided), including campaign set up, data entry, deadline management and cleansing, as well as tracking of results from marketing efforts. Advanced use of Excel to sort customer data with tools including vlookup, pivot tables etc. is required. • Support in customer response to marketing campaigns (recording changes in databases, trafficking responses, fielding telephone calls, supplying information to customers, correspondence) • Contribute to the analysis of marketing campaigns, attendance projections, and conference audience demographics; develop projections and suggestions for future campaigns. • Help manage detailed deadlines and schedules to ensure event timelines are met. • Coordinate with outside vendors to execute projects (mail houses, telemarketing firms) project management planning and tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field. • Advanced Excel experience • 2-3 years professional experience • Proficiency in database management, marketing automation platforms, HTML, and WordPress • Proven attention to detail • Excellent writing and organizational skills, with attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
