• As a Principal Product Manager at Apollo, elevate engagement products • Focus on enhancing W4 product retention and increasing the 'Aha' moment • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a best-in-class engagement product • Lead the prioritization, sequencing, and execution of the sales engagement product roadmap • Develop and articulate a compelling vision and strategy for the sales engagement platform • Identify opportunities to improve user adoption and engagement, set and achieve targets • Spearhead the expansion of the product to new markets and segments • Stay ahead of market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements
• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within sales engagement, CRM, or a related field • Excel at setting a vision and strategy, with a track record of delivering against ambitious goals • Strong execution focus, with the ability to manage complex projects, align teams, and deliver impactful results • Passionate about creating products that users love, with a deep understanding of the sales process • Rely on data to inform decisions, measure success, and iterate on products • Work well across teams, with the ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration • Familiarity with self-serve B2B SaaS products and experience with products leveraging Generative AI are a plus
