• Generate revenue for Brex by developing a pipeline of partners and executing go-to-market strategy • Combine prior experience in partnerships/channel sales with technology, partnerships, and market opportunity at Brex • Engage in embedded card integrations, reseller motions, and co-sell relationships • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and other teams • Proactively identify and target potential platforms for embedding financial product suite • Develop strategy based on deep understanding of company goals and priorities • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience • Manage sales and marketing activities of partners to generate pipeline and achieve sales targets • Work cross-functionally to secure resources required to activate and scale partnerships
• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships/sales in B2B industry • Proven track record of revenue responsibility and exceeding quota targets • Strong ownership mindset and responsibility for partnership outcomes • High levels of energy, love of networking and connecting • Comfort executing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Business acumen from strategic mindset to tactical initiatives • Drive to win by serving customers and growing revenue • Up to 25% travel required
• Strong equity component in addition to OTE • Starting wage dependent on several factors • Base salary and commissions included in OTE
