Description

• Drive growth by selling to existing customers with high spending on Brex cards • Develop and execute strategies to recapture and increase credit card spend among existing customers • Reach out to customers to understand their needs and position the value of increasing card spend • Utilize data analysis to create personalized offers and targeted communication • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from experienced professionals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in quota-carrying roles within sales, account management, or customer success • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze customer behavior • Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Ability to work in fast-paced high-velocity environments • Must be willing to work in the office 2 days per week • Bonus points if having the Series 7 license

Benefits

• Expected OTE range: $132,888 USD - $166,110 USD, including base salary and commissions • Additional benefits may include equity and other compensation packages
