Description

• Attract and retain top-performing real estate professionals driving $50M in additional total annual production each month • Partner with business unit leaders and senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns through various channels, including social media, email, phone, and in-person meetings • Manage the sales process, including conducting presentations, product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals • Build and maintain relationships with top-performing real estate agents, teams, and brokerage owners across multiple regions • Network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices • Provide regular reporting on sales metrics to senior leadership team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales, preferably in the real estate industry • Proven track record of successfully achieving quotas and targets set by the company • Proven track record with product led enterprise sales • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
