Description

• Grow and lead a product marketing team • Develop positioning and messaging framework • Build and execute go-to-market strategy • Stay current on industry trends, partners, and competitors • Coach and inspire Product Marketing managers • Manage product launches, planning, messaging, and communication • Identify sales tools to communicate product value • Share accountability for quarterly business goals • Conduct enablement efforts for sales teams • Represent the company at industry events and conferences • Develop understanding of competitive landscape to differentiate products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent industry experience. MBA preferred • 8+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise software • Experience in SaaS and B2B a plus, but not required • Customer-first mindset to influence both product roadmap and marketing channel strategy • Ability to create compelling copy and tell stories to highlight product strategy • Comfort working in a fast growing, technology environment with ambiguity • Positive attitude with excellent collaboration skills • Intellectual curiosity; ability to question processes and provide innovative solutions • Demonstrated knowledge of sales, marketing and development processes • Ability to influence across partner organizations and C-Suite executives • Demonstrated leadership, sales support, project management and training skills • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
