Description
• An Account Director in the practice will play a vital role across the development of our clients, people, and products. The candidate will support the development and growth of our global ESG and Sustainable Business practice, with a particular focus on our clients operating in the United States. This role requires 5+ years of experience in order to support the delivery of c-suite level client engagements alongside other team members across a variety of industries and ultimately contribute to the overall performance and impact of the firm.
Requirements
• Relevant work experience preferably in a consulting firm, NGO, strategic communications agency with a similar focus, and/or related in-house corporate function. • Experience working with and briefing company c-suite and executive leadership. • Proven track record of supporting business development efforts (i.e., proposal development) and practice development and growth. • Experience supporting the development of new research methods and ways of working. • Experience mentoring junior practitioners. • Strong writing and presenting skills. • Learning mindset, curiosity, creative problem solving, and the ability to think strategically and critically. • Strong work ethic and attention to detail with a client service-orientation. • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-performance, client service environment with high emotional intelligence and a collaborative spirit.
Benefits
• In New York City, the annual compensation for this role will be $90,000 - $120,000. • If an offer is extended to an applicant in New York, the applicant will be paid in line with this range and based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications. This range applies only to the New York position, and salaries in other offices and regions will vary based on an applicant’s experience and qualifications, as well as the competitive landscape.
