Description

• Responsible for promoting and selling fire protection related services. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. • Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and other key decision-makers. • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of fire alarm systems and services. • Prepare and present proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs. • Schedule and coordinate inspections and service appointments. • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. • Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to enhance customer safety and compliance. • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team to resolve any service-related issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, must be in fire alarm systems, safety equipment, or related industries. • Strong knowledge of fire safety codes, regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
