Description
• Highly organized and experienced Healthcare Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing healthcare projects • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering projects on time and within budget
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field • 3-5 years of relevant project management experience within the healthcare industry • Start-up experience a plus • Expert proficiency with Visio, Monday.com (or equivalent), and PowerPoint • Proven experience in project management within medical practices, including successful project completion • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), scheduling, and practice metrics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry best practices
