Description

• Proactively build customer and broker relationships • Achieve individual revenue goals/quota • Create and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities • Serve as a strategic advisor/thought leader • Consult with C-level executives and HR/Benefit teams • Work closely with the management team to analyze sales metrics

Requirements

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts • Experience working with benefits brokers and/or within the employee benefits space • Experience selling into human resources and benefits teams • Experience selling to all levels of decision-makers, (e.g., Managers, Directors, VP and C-level+) • Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of opportunities and tasks • Negotiating & Closing Skills • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, and deadline driven sales role • Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a Salesforce • Strong relationship management skills • High degree of integrity and professionalism • Strong communication (verbal and written) skills • Strong Presentation Skills to small and large audiences, including C-level audiences
