Description

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s overall business plan and direction. • Lead the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related issues. • Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment of employee goals with objectives. • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. • Foster a positive company culture reflecting core values and improving employee engagement. • Identify and implement programs to improve organizational effectiveness and employee development. • Ensure HR policies comply with regulations and update employee handbook as necessary.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Human Resources role preferably with SEC RIAs and/or Fintechs. • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and experience in managing compliance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance to senior management. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and innovate outside the scope of existing resources • Comfort working in a fast-paced start-up / technology-centric environment • Ability to translate ambiguous circumstances into clear, actionable next steps to help others navigate change
