Description

• Develop and implement Conductor's channel partnership strategy • Advocate for partner opportunities with the senior executive team • Design and execute plans to engage, onboard, and manage partners • Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners • Negotiate and finalize partnership deals to meet revenue goals • Develop enablement playbooks and provide training to ensure partner success • Build and nurture executive relationships with partners • Establish infrastructure and best practices to support partnerships • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless partner integration • Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners • Oversee cross-team collaborations related to partner initiatives • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience driving partner, business development, and/or sales in SaaS • Proven track record in developing strategic partnerships at the executive level • Expertise in managing strategic partners, agencies, reseller, ISV, and marketplace partner programs • Professional knowledge of marketing tech and B2B SaaS; experience in SEO, Digital Marketing preferred • Strong leadership experience and fostering positive team cultures • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with C-level audiences • Strong analytical skills and business judgment • Highly organized with multitasking ability; agile mindset • Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
