Description

• Drive global commercial strategy for the six major holding companies including contracts, joint business plans, and overall revenue growth • Evangelize Yieldmo technology and products to agency Sr. Leadership • Partner with sales and DSP partnerships team to identify opportunities and leverage relationships in the ecosystem to drive customer success • Collect customer and overall market feedback to guide Yieldmo’s strategy. Translate this feedback into product requirements and drive execution of new features with customers • Partner with our internal product team to scope market opportunities for new pipes and integrations • Understand and monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement • Conduct regular business reviews with agency partners, employing a consultative, long term approach that builds productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the agency • Analyze data and provide data-driven insights to improve our advertising programs • Contribute to written strategy documents for Yieldmo leadership

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience within online media buying/selling industry, with at least 2 years focused on agency holding companies • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related fields • 3+ years of experience partnering with SSPs, DSPs, and/or publishers • Ability to travel 4+ times/quarter • Knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products, SSPs, and DSPs, especially industry trends and challenges • Deep understanding of how media (display and video) is bought, sold, and delivered programmatically across desktop, mobile, and CTV • Ability to work independently to initiate and manage large strategic relationships and assess partnership viability and growth opportunities • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical and non-technical people • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, being comfortable with pulling reports, diving deep into the data and analyzing trends • Team player with strong persuasion skills and proven ability to influence senior leadership • Customer-driven product thinking and the ability to identify and prioritize requests • Proactive attitude with excellent project, organizational, and time management skills • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills
