• Anticipate problems and identify solutions • Review incoming employee queries within POps Connect tool • Action employee lifecycle process steps • Identify and escalate queries outside of scope • Maintain clear and professional communication with employees • Lean into projects for operational and process improvement • Collate and analyse monthly stats on focus areas

Requirements

• Experience within a HR team advising on process application and improvement • Interest and understanding of operationalising processes • Blend of reactive problem solving and proactive improvement focused work • Ability to build solid relationships quickly with empathy • Extremely organised, used to working at pace • Comfort with ambiguity and enjoyment of changeable environments • Enjoyment of variety and no task being too big or too small • Independent yet collaborative • Willingness to share information and support team growth • Looking for a career defining role in a mission-driven organization
