Description

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies for revenue optimization. • Utilize your deep understanding of the AdTech market to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales strategy. • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to measure performance metrics and KPIs. • Oversee CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes while driving adoption and compliance. • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. • Manage and prioritize key projects related to sales operations, ensuring successful execution from initiation to completion. • Support the sales team in lead generation and pipeline management. • Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations. • Act as a point of contact for sales inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution. • Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights, supporting strategic initiatives and decision-making. • Implement and monitor sales processes, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, with a strong focus on the ad-tech industry. • Proven project management experience, overseeing projects from start to finish. • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting. • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex data. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Strong leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing team members. • Knowledge of SQL is a plus • In-depth knowledge of ad-tech industry trends, key players, and technologies is a plus.
