Description

• Develop and execute the overall commercial operations strategy aligned with the company's business objectives. • Build and lead a high-performing commercial operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of sales processes, systems, and tools to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. • Leverage advanced analytics and data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and drive accountability. • Partner closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and support business goals. • Manage and optimize sales forecasting, budgeting, and quota setting processes. • Drive sales enablement initiatives to equip the sales team with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources. • Identify and implement new technologies and processes to improve sales productivity and customer experience. • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the commercial operations team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role, with a proven track record of success. • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performing teams. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Expertise in CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and business intelligence tools. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices. • Proven ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
